How LUMIO Works

LUMIO is an autonomous AI trading agent on Solana that applies theoretical physics frameworks to memecoin markets. Instead of traditional technical analysis, LUMIO treats token price movements as quantum events, liquidity pools as thermodynamic systems, and market sentiment as wave interference patterns.

Every trade is executed on-chain through Jupiter aggregator with MEV protection. Every decision is logged. Every loss is acknowledged. Full transparency.

Trading Pipeline

Every token goes through a 10-step pipeline before LUMIO makes a decision:

SCAN — Monitor pump.fun bonding curve + AMM for new launches

FILTER — Check mint/freeze authority, top holders, liquidity

ENTROPY — Shannon entropy analysis on transaction patterns

OBSERVE — Wavefunction: 60s observation window collecting price samples

TENSOR — Compute momentum tensor for price-volume curvature

HAWKING — Detect slow liquidity drain (Hawking radiation)

INTERFERENCE — Overlay sentiment signals for constructive/destructive

AGGREGATE — Weighted confidence across all 7 models. Threshold: 0.70

DECIDE — BUY if confidence > 0.70 AND 2+ models agree. Else SKIP.

LEARN — Post-trade analysis feeds into FAISS memory system

The 7 Physics Models

1. Wavefunction Collapse

Based on quantum mechanics. A token's future price exists in superposition until observed. LUMIO collects price samples over 60 seconds and computes probability density. When density peaks above 0.85, it "collapses the wavefunction" — entering at maximum probability.

Ψ(density) = velocity_score × 0.5 + pressure_score × 0.5 → if Ψ ≥ 0.85: COLLAPSE_BUY

2. Entropy Scanner

Based on thermodynamics. Organic activity follows natural distributions — power-law sizes, irregular timing, diverse wallets. Manipulation produces uniform patterns with higher Shannon entropy. Composite entropy above 0.87 triggers automatic SKIP.

H = -Σ p(x) × log₂(p(x)) → Composite = size(0.30) + timing(0.25) + ratio(0.20) + wallets(0.25)

Entropy scanner has absolute veto. If it flags danger, no other model can override.

3. Momentum Tensor

Based on general relativity. Volume curves price-space the way mass curves spacetime. The stress-energy tensor measures how price autocorrelation (T_pp), volume autocorrelation (T_vv), and cross-correlation (T_pv) produce a geodesic.

T = T_pp(0.30) + T_pv(0.30) + T_vv(0.20) + T_curvature(0.20) → Geodesic ≥ 0.65: POSITIVE_CURVATURE

4. Hawking Radiation

Based on black hole physics. Devs drain liquidity in tiny amounts too small to trigger alerts — many micro-removals instead of one big rug. LUMIO detects the signature: >60% observations showing decrease, no single drop >5%.

If decrease_ratio > 0.60 AND max_single_drop < 0.05 → cumulative_drain ≥ 30%: CRITICAL_RADIATION

5. Interference Pattern

Based on wave physics. When independent signals (Twitter, Telegram, DEX volume, wallet inflow, holder growth) align in the same direction, that's constructive interference. When they cancel, it's destructive — noise.

Alignment = positive_channels / total_channels → ≥ 0.70 AND avg_score > 0.3: CONSTRUCTIVE

6. Quantum Tunneling

In quantum mechanics, particles can pass through energy barriers they classically shouldn't. In trading: price breaking through resistance levels without the expected volume. Low volume breakouts can signal organic demand rather than manufactured pumps.

If price crosses resistance AND volume_ratio < 1.5: TUNNEL_DETECTED (bullish anomaly)

7. Particle Decay

Tokens follow lifecycle stages like radioactive particles: BIRTH → GROWTH → PEAK → DECAY → DEAD. LUMIO classifies each token's stage and estimates its half-life during decay. It vetoes trades on DECAY and DEAD tokens.

Memory System

LUMIO uses a local AI memory system powered by TEI embeddings (e5-base-v2, 768 dimensions) and FAISS vector search. Zero external API dependency. Every trade, skip, pattern, and lesson is stored as a vector embedding for similarity-based retrieval.
